A "moe blob" is a loosely defined term used to refer to a certain type of cute character. Sometimes it is used in a negative way to say that a character has a sloppy design or is overly cute.

Personally, I view it as a positive thing. I see the moe blob style as a pleasing and unique aesthetic utilized in many comedies and CGDCTs to give you a warm fuzzy feeling as you watch and to enhance your connection with the characters.

Typically the moe blob is designed in such a way that lacks rigid features, has lots of soft or curved lines, is often deformed or chibi, and, of course, has huge adorable eyes. This is a stack to compile some of the best examples of moe blobs. Ordered by new to old.

As a passionate enjoyer of the gourmet genre in anime and a stereotypical Taurus, I have decided to make this stack about all the anime revolving around food that I have personally reviewed. Obviously, I will be updating this, since I am on the hunt for new foodie anime every day. What makes a food anime enjoyable to me is not only the food per se, but the overall enjoyment of the story and the well-written characters, which I have tried talking about more in the comments under the entries. I hope you enjoy and this helps you find your new watch for when you're eating!

Anime that adapted the entire source material or are currently airing will not be included. If the series also has a manga or light novel adaptation, but the anime is ahead of it, it will not be listed.
