i saw your comment on ep 10 of sonny boy (the war/death ep) about how the show at that point was going in strange directions but still maintained its crazy metaphors and overall direction. wanted to say you phrased it nicely. i have yet to finish the show but judging by the fact you gave it a 10, it seems like it'll end well.
have you watched serial experiements lain? it has a similar structure - using metaphors and abstract concepts that are deliverately left open. would be interested to hear your thoughts on that.
